Deposits and Payments

At time of rental 25% is due of the total balance of accommodation.

Additional services: ie. Lift tickets, car rental, limo services etc are due at time of booking.

Balance of Accommodation is due 45-60 days prior to arrival in Whistler. Payment schedule is determined by Whistler Resorts Now.

All payments are taken in Canadian funds. Whistler Resorts Now is not responsible for changes in the market/currency. All payments taken will reflect the current market value on the date payments are taken.

Payment Policies and Procedures

All reservations and deposits are non - refundable. Once the balance has been paid in full we will attempt to re-rent the unit if there is a cancellation. We will refund the difference of the replacement rental with the cancelled reservation. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $100 cancellation fee.

Hotel Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date, all hotel reservations are subject to a 1 Night cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policies

All reservations are made for a specific number of guests. If the number of guests exceeds what is on the confirmation document Whistler Resorts Now reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notification or refund.

All properties have maximum number of guests. Extra person charges are expected at time of booking upon approval of Whistler Resorts Now.

Minimum Age Requirements

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age. We do not rent to Grad Parties or Stags.

Cleaning

Stays of 7 nights or longer are offered a complimentary mid-sty clean.

Additional Cleaning is available. Cost depending on your need and time required.

Damage Deposits

All guests are required to give a credit card for a damage deposit to front desk/ concierge at check in. Guests are responsible for all damages to the interior and exterior of the specific unit that has been reserved and is not the responsibility of Whistler Resorts Now.

Extra Person Charges

Extra person charges range from CAD $20.00 to $30.00 per person/night depending on the accommodation reserved.
